What we're actively building, what's queued, and what we won't build. Everything here is either started or firmly next — nothing speculative.
Shipping next
- Stripe + webhook-idempotent credits.Webhook-based credit grants keyed by Stripe event ID so replays never double-grant. Nightly reconciliation sweeps the Stripe ledger against our DB so “paid but no credits” incidents are automatically caught and fixed.
- Onboarding analytics + email drip. Signup funnel from account → first company → first build → first deploy, with opt-in email drip for users who stall at each stage.
- Resend domain verification + admin alert emails. Once
noreply@dellingr.devandsecurity@dellingr.devare live, admin gets paged when the rolling task-fail rate crosses 20%.
Near-term (weeks, not months)
- Auto-post to Meta + LinkedIn. Add-on to ship drafted social copy directly. Hooks behind a per-company OAuth flow; we never store passwords. Pricing announced when it ships and Meta App Review clears.
- Direct logo + favicon upload. Currently branding takes hosted URLs — next step is a per-plan Supabase storage bucket so you can upload directly from the Branding card.
- Ownership transfer. Sole-owner protection already prevents lock-out; the complement is a proper “hand company over” flow with confirmation from both sides.
Considering
- A sixth template. If a shape comes up three times we build it into the catalogue. Current shortlist: booking-first service site, and portfolio-first creative site.
- Custom template on request. Commercial-tier feature — design one template we maintain, used across your client companies.
- Built-in CRM-lite.Booking inbox is already here; a “contacts” surface that threads form submissions + customer emails into one view is a natural next step.
Explicitly not on the roadmap
- Drag-and-drop visual editor. Chat is the editor. Adding a drag-and-drop layer would mean maintaining two edit paths with different invariants. Not our thing.
- TikTok / X auto-posting. API instability and policy churn are too costly. Draft-only for these platforms.
- Bulk email blast tool. Would need its own compliance posture (unsubscribe handling, bounce tracking, deliverability support). Use a tool that does this one thing well.
